After the conclusion of the European and South American Qualifiers for the Omega Mission Hills World Cup, the 28 nations to contest the 55th staging of the event have been confirmed.

Canada’s Graham DeLaet and Stuart Anderson won the Omega Mission Hills World Cup European Qualifier by 2 strokes to secure their ticket to China alongside Wales and Scotland in a thrilling final round in Estonia.

Chile, Venezuela and Brazil make it to China for the World Cup
Chile, Venezuela and Brazil secured their place among the 28 nations expected to compete in the Omega Mission Hills World Cup next November in China. The Chileans, who led for the entire week, and the Venezuelans, a solid second since day two, earned their spots comfortably. Meanwhile, the Brazilians claimed the last spot available by defeating Guatemala in a dramatic playoff hole.

Muhammad Shabbir and Muhammad Munir etched their names in the history books when they guided Pakistan to their first Omega Mission Hills World Cup after finishing in the top-three at the Asian Qualifier on Saturday.

2008: Final-round notebook
